A binding price exists only in a written estimate or contract signed by both you and an authorized representative of Roofing Utah, Inc. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Financing offers, promotions, and rebates are subject to third-party lender approval and their own separate terms.

4. Scheduling, Inspections, and Cancellations

Free roof inspections and appointments are scheduled subject to availability, weather, and safe site access. We may need to reschedule for safety reasons, including storms, snow, ice, high winds, or extreme heat. Cancellation and change-order terms for contracted work are governed by your signed project agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

5. Warranty

Workmanship and material warranties, where offered, are described in your signed project agreement and in the applicable manufacturer’s warranty documentation. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what those documents provide. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to perform reasonable maintenance, or non-payment.

6. Insurance Claims

We can document damage and work alongside your insurance carrier, but we are not an insurance company, adjuster, or public adjuster, and we do not negotiate your claim on your behalf or guarantee any claim outcome. Coverage decisions, deductibles, and payouts are determined solely by your insurer under your policy.
